InterAction of Bath's safety cases: Devonport Royal Dockyard |
| InterAction reviewed the nuclear safety case for the D154 submarine refit facilities at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
This was a £800m project in total, and the application of human factors knowledge was an essential element in designing safety into the operational system. InterAction reviewed the safety case for the interface between the boat and the new facility, identifying weaknesses before its submission to the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate. |
